Operations IQ allows users to enable a branch comparison, in which users to compare Company Metrics to individual selected branches of their assets. As well, Users to choose to Change their dashboard in to a table view to view a detailed set of just the numbers. Lastly, we will be covering how users can export the data by Asset or by Branch.
Enabling Branch Comparison:
- Once you have datasets within the Operations IQ Report click the Menu button
- Click Begin Branch Comparison
- A Menu of displaying your branches will be displayed. Select any number of branches that you wanted to compare to each other.
- Click Run Comparison
Viewing Data By Branch within the Dashboard
- Once you have started Branch Comparison, Hover over the resolution period,
- Each selected branch, will be displayed by the branch name and have an associated color prepared for better visibility through each resolution of the report.

Exporting Operations IQ Reports
Operations IQ offers users the ability to export their reports By Asset and By Branch to an Excel File. Every selected Dataset will be its own excel tab within the workbook, Asset / Branch Names in each row and the Resolution period in the Columns. A copy of the export will be emailed to the users email address(From: no-reply@mg.intelliShift.com).
Asset Export: This is available when Branch Comparison is disabled, this will export all Assets out within the fleet.
Branch Export: This function is available with and without Branch Comparison. When Branch Comparison is enabled, it will only export the selected branches for Branch Comparison. When Branch Comparison is disabled, All top level Parent Branches will be exported.
Changing the Graph in to a Table View
- Once you have datasets within the Operations IQ Report click the Menu button
- Click Table View
- Your Report will be represented as a table view.
**Click Graph View to transition back to Graph View, instead of a table view.
The selected Resolution Period will be displayed in each row, each selected metric will be displayed in each column.
Timeline Slider
The timeline slider within Operations IQ allows users to take visualization of Large datasets where the resolution detail is small to a much larger Visibility. This allows users to zoom in to specific period, such as a month view, and scroll left to right to see the other parts of the dashboard.
- At the bottom of the Report, You will see a timeline view of the report data.
- Drag the Left & Right Timeline bar closer together to get a more focused dashboard view
- Place your mouse, click & drag the middle of the timeline bar to see other parts of the dashboard.
