In order to access the Billing/Payments Portal, several conditions have to be met:
1. For the account, the Billing Portal application feature needs to be enabled. Search the account in Mobile Groups, click the account name, then click the pencil icon to the right. Under Update Products, enable Billing Portal and Save.
2. All users need to have the billing portal permission enabled under administration.
With both these options enabled, the user should see the Billing Portal under Administration. If after clicking on the Billing section they still do not see invoices and payment information, check to see if there is an Intacct ID in Genesis under the Customer Info.
If they still do not have access, or they do not see the correct page under the Billing Portal tab, billing will need to ensure that the customer is enabled for "Customer Billing Portal" in Sage Intacct.
If they receive a login prompt, try clearing the cache and re-opening the browser.
