View Your Rules(s)

To view your Rules, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand navigation, select the "HOS V2” service module.
2. In the top navigation, select "Tools."
3. In the dropdown menu, select “Rules & Assignments.”

The Rules list allows you to view, edit, and delete HOS rules.

• View all rulesets (1)
• Create a new ruleset (2)
• Search for a ruleset (3)
• Select a ruleset to view, edit, or delete (4)

The Rules detailed view allows you to view, edit, and delete HOS rules.

• View Ruleset (1)
  • The default ruleset is noted with a “star” icon. Unless otherwise assigned, all operators will be assigned to the default ruleset.
• Edit or Delete Selected Ruleset (2)
  • Select the edit icon to edit ruleset parameters including cycle rules, driver type, exemptions, and cycle reset.
• Ruleset Overview (3)
  • Offers key ruleset parameters including cycle rules, driver type, and cycle reset. 
• Rules (4)
  • Displays ruleset including name, time zone, default status, and ruleset.
• Inspection Rule (5)
  • Displays the inspection-related settings in the ruleset. Selecting this section will display an icon to create or edit an inspection rule.
• Assign Operators (6)
  • Displays all operators assigned to the ruleset. Selecting this section will display an icon to add or edit operator assignment.
• Notes (7)
  • Displays the current ruleset notes. Selecting this section will display an icon to add and edit notes.
• Change Log (8)
  • Displays all edits applied to the ruleset including editors and date/time of change.
