Reports Navigation Overview

To view and download HOS reports (NEW), follow these steps:

Claimed Exceptions Report

The Claimed Exceptions report is useful when reviewing the validity of exceptions that operators have claimed on their logs.

The report shows claimed exceptions and comments for each of the motor carriers in your fleet. When configuring the report, you can select the date range you’d like to see exceptions from. Use the filters to drill down to specific branches, tags, operators, or motor carriers.

FMCSA Submissions Report

The FMCSA Submissions report is used to ensure FMCSA submissions have been submitted successfully. You can also review the data which was submitted.

The report shows logs and log details as they have been submitted to the FMCSA. When configuring the report, you can select the date range you’d like to see exceptions from. Use the filters to drill down to specific branches, tags, operators, motor carriers, or submission success.

HOS Violations Report

The HOS Violations report enables you to see violations centralized in one place, so you can take next steps to get back into compliance.

The report shows HOS Violations organized by operator. When configuring the report, you can select the date range you’d like to see violations from. Use the filters to drill down to specific branches, tags, operators, and motor carriers.
