Mobile Device Support Policy Follow

As mobile technology evolves, newer features, designs, and security enhancements require more processing power and advanced capabilities that older devices and operating systems (OS) may struggle to handle.

To ensure our apps run smoothly, stay secure, and make the most of modern features, we have established a device and OS support policy that focuses on delivering the best possible experience for the majority of our users.

Supported Mobile Devices and Operating Systems

To ensure optimal performance, we fully support the latest four versions of iOS and of Android operating systems.

As of September 26, 2024, we currently support the following:

• For Apple devices,  iOS 15, 16, 17, and 18. 
• For Android devices, Android OS versions 11, 12, 13, and 14.

What This Means for Users on Older Devices

If you are using an iOS device running version 14 or below, or an Android device running version 10 or below, you may still be able to use our apps. However, there are some important things to keep in mind:

• Limited Feature Access: Certain features may not be available, or you may experience a degraded app performance.
• Troubleshooting Limitations: We may not be able to provide technical support for issues encountered on older devices or OS versions.

While our apps may still function on these older systems, we highly recommend upgrading to the latest version of your device's operating system for the best experience.

Moving Forward: Our Annual Update Cycle

To ensure our users always have the best experience, we will update our support policy annually. As new versions of iOS and Android are released, we will extend support to include the latest version and remove support for the oldest of the three previously supported versions. This rolling update cycle ensures that we continue to deliver a high-quality app experience while remaining agile in our development and support efforts.
