View Inspections (HOS)
To view your inspections, follow these steps:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Hours of Service (New)” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Inspections"
Inspections (HOS) Navigation Overview
Within the Inspections List, you can:
- View and export all inspections (1)
- Select the checkbox to select all filtered inspections. Use the menu icon next to the inspections to export the selection.
- Filter inspections to a specific status (2)
- Search inspections (e.g., by inspection number, asset, trailer, operator, branch, etc.) (3)
- Filter inspections by a specific date range (4)
- View the inspection stage and status (5)
- Status
- Passed: The inspection passed with no reported issues.
- Failed: The inspection failed due to a reported issue.
- Stage (displayed for failed inspections only)
- Pending Resolution: The driver reported an issue. The issue still needs to be resolved.
- Pending Verification: The driver reported an issue. The issue is resolved. The driver still needs to sign off that the issue is resolved.
- Verified: The driver reported an issue. The issue is resolved. The driver signed off that the issue is resolved.
