Overview
The Fleet Status page offers fleet professionals a real-time*, configurable view of critical fleet data, enabling quick, data-driven decisions. Easily sort, reorder, or show/hide columns to focus on key insights, including PTO status, check engine alerts, and temperature readings. Filters allow you to target specific business areas, ensuring precise, actionable information for each part of your operation.

*Please note: The fleet status page will update according to your contract's ping rate.

Access Fleet Status
To view the Fleet Status page, follow these steps:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Fleet Status"
Fleet Status Navigation Overview
The Fleet Status page allows you to:
- View important information regarding each asset (1)
- Select the column title to sort.
- Download a .csv file (2)
- Add or remove columns of information (3)
- Filter or search by branches, tags, assets, operators, statuses, MIL Status, Ignition Status, Device Attention Needed, and by Address (4)
- Zoom/Follow Asset on Map, Stops with Options Report, and Edit Landmark (5)

Operator | Operator currently assigned to asset | |
Branch | Branch in which the asset resides | |
Ignition | Ignition status, on or off | |
Last Location | Last reported location according to the telematics device | |
Speed | Current speed (will display if asset is currently moving) | |
Last Movement | Date and time the asset last moved (time is according to branch's timezone) | |
Heading | Direction asset is moving (will display if asset is currently moving) | |
Stop Duration | Duration the asset has been stopped | |
Fuel/EV Battery Level |
Fuel level (if provided by the vehicle) Charger connection and battery level (if provided by the vehicle)

MIL | Will display MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) icon and date if active | |
Idle Duration | Duration of idle (will display if the asset is currently idling) | |
Device Battery Level | PAT or NPAT Battery Level | |
Device Needs Attention | Device is no longer receiving power. If your fleet is equipped with RFID buzzers, buzzers that were disabled will also display here. Hover over the icon for additional information. | |
IO1, IO2, IO3, IO4 | Displays if IO is currently engaged or disengaged | |
Seat Belt | Seatbelt status (if provided by the vehicle) | |
