Route Playback Follow

Overview

The IntelliShift Route Playback report allows you see exactly how each asset moved along a route, offering you valuable insights into driver behavior and any unexpected detours. Reviewing these routes helps you spot opportunities to streamline operations and identify incidents.

Access Route Playback

To access Route Playback, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module.
2. In the top navigation, select "Data and Reports."
   • In the dropdown menu, select “Route Playback.”

Follow the directions below to learn how to use the Route Playback tool.

Route Playback Options

In the Route Playback view, you can

• Chose to show or hide an asset's route on the map (1)
• View the asset's timeline which includes blocks of time the asset was stopped, moving, or idle. Hover your mouse over a time block to view more information. (2)
• Control the speed of the playback, or simply show the full route by clicking the "go to end" icon. (3)
• Use the gear icon to open the route playback options (4)
• Configure your map view or select the menu icon to fit the route to the map, find address, or print (5)
• View and expand the asset activity (6)
• Hover over map icons to view detailed information such as driver, event time, event type, speed, stop duration, and more (7)
