Overview
As a fleet professional, you have a LOT to monitor. IntelliShift's dashboards allow you to manage by exception, drawing your attention to what needs it most. In this article, learn all that the Telematics default dashboard has to offer. You will also find best practices.
Please note:
- Dashboard data will display according to the user's permissions. For example, if a user only has access to branch "3345," they will only see dashboard asset and operator data within the branch, whereas an Account Admin would view data across all branches.

Access the Telematics Dashboard
To view the Telematics Dashboard, follow these steps:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Dashboard."

Configure a Custom Dashboard to Track Your Specific KPIs
- Most fleets have specific challenges, and they desire to track progress on those challenges over time. IntelliShift offers a default Telematics dashboard; however, it is best practice to configure one to your specific needs. In Analytics > Fleet IQ, we offer a variety of safety widgets so you can view what's most important.

Leverage Filters to Display Trend Data

View and manage your default filters by selecting the upper right-hand corner "Filters" button. To view trend data, ensure your date range includes at least a "sliding week."
