Access On Demand Reports

To access On Demand Reports, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module.
2. In the top navigation, select "Data and Reports."
   • In the dropdown menu, select “On Demand Reports.”

The image above displays the first step of running an On Demand Report. In this view, you can

• Search for a report (1)
• Click the star icon to save a report to your favorites (2)
• View and navigate to the report steps such as asset selection, parameters, and running the report (3)
• Filter by branches and or tags (4)
• Search by asset or operator, and select all filtered assets/operators (5)
• Generate the report by asset, operator, or branch (6)
• View filtered assets/operators/branches and make selection (7)
• Navigate to the next step (8)

On Demand Report Tools

While viewing a report, you can:

• Navigate back to the parameters or branches/asset/operators by selecting a navigation tab above (1)
• Use paging options to navigate pages (2)
• Click the save icon to save the report. Choose from a variety of formats such as PDF and CSV (3)
• Print the report (4)
• Use the search field and tools to search for key terms in the report (5)
