Schedule a Report
View the steps below to learn how to schedule a report.
Best Practices
Scheduled Report Creation
- Please note that only the creator of the scheduled report can view, modify, and delete the report. If you have standard reports that should go out to all branches, it may be best to have these reports created by a single office administrator account.
Report Asset/Operator/Branch Selection
- If needing to schedule a report for a full branch, it is best to use the "Generate Report by" branch tool in the upper right-hand corner during step one. This will ensure that as your branch fluctuates, all assets are accounted for.
Report Frequency
- When deciding on frequency, please note that the data within the report will reflect the timeframe between each scheduled report. In other words, if you select a "Daily" report, the report will display the last 24 hours of data. Likewise, if you select "Weekly," the report will capture information over the previous 7 days.
Report Name
- The report name will display in the subject line of an email. Ensure that your subject line offers clarity to the recipient regarding what the report contains.
