Easily edit fields such as registration, permits, fuel cards, and tags to ensure your records are accurate and compliant.

Asset Detail Fields
View Assets and Asset Details
To view your Assets and Asset details, follow these steps:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Administration” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Assets"
- To view a specific asset's details, select the clipboard icon to the far right.
Asset Navigation Overview
Within the Assets table, you can
- View asset information within the table (1)
- Data columns include Asset Name, VIN, Status, Odometer, Engine Hours, Operator, Branch, Asset Type, External Asset ID, Fuel Card #, IMEI #, License Plate, Ownership, Permits, Registration Exp. Date, Registration State, and Tags
- Sort the rows by selecting the row header
- Download a CSV copy (2)
- Add or remove columns of information (3)
- Filter and search by branch, tags, status, IMEI, VIN, or asset name (4)
- View asset details (5)
Update an Asset
To update an asset, follow the steps below.
Asset Detail Fields
In the asset details view, you can
- View the asset's name (1)
- Below the asset's name you can find the Year Make Model, VIN, current operator, and branch
- View if the subscription slot with IntelliShift is active or inactive (2)
- View the Asset Bubble which offers details regarding the asset's current status, location, stops, current DTC codes, and more (3)
- View asset information including meters, specifications, registration, tags, documents, photos, financials, permits, allowed operators, notes, and history (4)
- See table below.

- Download a CSV copy (7)
- Filter and search by branch, tags, status, IMEI, VIN, or asset name (8)
