Export records as needed to document compliance and address issues promptly, helping you streamline operations and reduce risks.

Access Completed Inspections
To view your completed inspections, follow these steps:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Inspect” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Inspections."
Within the Inspection list, you can
- Filter and search for inspections (1)
- Select (2) and export inspection list as a CSV or PDF (3)
- View inspection details (4)
- Inspection: A unique inspection ID automatically generated by IntelliShift.
- Asset: Inspected asset name.
- Trailer: Selected trailer.
- Date: Date of submission.
- Time: Time of submission.
- Stage: Stage of issue -- pending resolution, pending verification, or verified. (Please note, this will only display if the inspection failed.)
- Status: Status of the inspection, either passed or failed.
- Operator: Operator who submitted the inspection.
- Branch: The inspected branch's asset.
- Form Template: Name of the inspection form.

Inspection Stage and Status Definitions
Inspection Stages:
Stage | Description |
No stage displayed means that no issue was reported. | |
The operator reported an issue. The issue still needs to be resolved. | |
The operator reported an issue. The issue is resolved. The driver still needs to sign off that the issue is resolved. |

The operator reported an issue. The issue is resolved. The driver signed off that the issue is resolved. |
Inspection Status:
Status | Description |
The inspection passed with no reported issues. | |
The inspection failed due to a reported issue. |
