Effectively tracking and addressing reported issues from inspections is essential to maintaining fleet safety and compliance. With IntelliShift, easily review failed checkpoints, passed items, operator comments, supporting images, and more to gain full context of each issue. With this comprehensive visibility, fleet leaders can prioritize resolution, ensure accountability, and maintain a clear record of all inspection-related activities.

Access Issues
To view Issues, follow these steps:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Inspect” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Issues"
Issue Navigation Overview
While viewing the "Issues" navigational tab, you can
- Select issues by using the checkboxes (1)
- Export selected issues list as a CSV, PDF, PDF with Details; or, bulk update the status of selected issues (2)
- "PDF with Details" will offer details of each issue including activity and office-created attachments.
- View unique issue ID generated by the system (3)
- Filter and search by the following fields (4)
- Fault: Checkpoint failure description
- Status: Status of the issue -- New, In progress, Completed, Needs Not Be Corrected
- Stage: Stage of issue -- pending resolution, pending verification, or verified
- Date: Reported issue date.
- Time: Reported issue time.
- Last Activity: Last activity on the issue such as a status change, upload, or comment.
- Operator: Operator who reported the issue.
- Asset: Asset inspected.
- Trailer: Selected trailer.
- Branch: The inspected branch's asset.
- Form Template: Name of the inspection form.
- Change from list view to detail view (5)

Status and Stage Definitions
Issue Status:
Status | Description | Notes |
The operator reported an issue. The issue still needs to be resolved. | ||
The operator reported an issue. An office user changed the status to "Needs Not Be Corrected" indicating no work is needed. | ||
The operator reported an issue. An office user changed the status to "Completed" indicated work has been completed an the issue is resolved. | ||
The operator reported an issue. An office user opened a work order using the IntelliShift "Maintenance" service module. This issue is in progress. | *Please note, this status will only display for customers subscribed to "Maintenance" |
Issue Stages:

The operator reported an issue. The issue still needs to be resolved. | |
The operator reported an issue. The issue is resolved. The driver still needs to sign off that the issue is resolved. |
