Plan operator communication.

-
Go live with a small group of operators and gain feedback.
- Before you launch your digital inspections with the full fleet, launch digital inspections with 1 to 3 operators whom you trust to offer you honest feedback. Operators should offer feedback on the communication, education, and process for rolling out digital inspections. Operators should also offer detailed feedback about the forms they complete including what may be missing.
- This set of operators will also serve as your champions, helping ease the anxiety of other drivers who may be hesitant to make a change.
-
Adjust communications, process, and forms based on feedback.
- Based on the operators' feedback from your "proof of concept," adjust your communications, process, and forms accordingly.
