Overview
Effectively managing issues is the first step to keeping your fleet safe, compliant, and operational.
Issues act as the starting point before creating a Work Order to resolve them, providing a centralized hub to track and assess reported problems. Issues can originate from failed checkpoints during digital inspections, user-created entries in the Maintenance > "Issues" list, or flagged trouble codes in the Maintenance > "Trouble Codes" list. From the Issues log, you can view issues, update statuses, or escalate to a Work Order for resolution. With tools to document activity, add attachments, and track progress, the Issues feature ensures nothing is overlooked as you move toward resolution.
