Before proceeding, please consider the following: Operator scorecard accuracy is dependent on keeping accurate pairings of assets to operators. Ensure you have a system in place to keep operator and asset pairings accurate and up to date. Please speak with your account manager to identify the best way for you to manage asset/operator pairing. IntelliShift offers multiple ways to do this:

Introduction to Operator Scorecard Visibility
View Scorecards
Office Configuration View
To configure and view company scorecards, follow the steps below:
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module. (Or, you can select the "AI Dash Cam" service module.)
- In the top navigation, select "Tools."
- In the dropdown menu, select “Operator Scorecard Management.”
Please Note: In order to configure company scorecards, you must have access to the "Operator Scorecard Management" > "All" permissions toggle.
Operator View
Once a scorecard is selected for "In The Field" visibility, an operator can view their own performance, ranking, and score within the IntelliShift's "In The Field" mobile application. The "IntelliShift In The Field" mobile application is available via the Google Play or Apple App store.

Before an operator can view their safety performance, you will need to select a scorecard for visibility within the "In The Field" application. Watch the short video below to learn how.
Frequently Asked Questions
I selected a scorecard to be visible in the mobile app, but my operators do not see this feature.
Please ensure your operators are using the "IntelliShift In The Field" version number 3.2.18 or greater. Have your operator open the "IntelliShift In The Field" application. The version number will display at the bottom of the app's screen.
My operators have triggered events, however the scorecard within the In The Field app is showing "0." Why?
There are several settings within a scorecard that affect the number of events triggered and the operator visibility. Here are the steps to troubleshoot your scorecard:
"In The Field" mobile application is asking my operators for a company pin. Where do I find the company pin?
Your company administrator can view, edit, and save your company pin. Please visit our help center article "View, Add, or Edit Company Pin."
"In The Field" mobile application is asking for operator pins. Where do I find their pin?
Your company administrator can view, edit, and save operator pins. Please visit our help center article "View, Add, or Edit an Operator."
Can I choose which operators see which scorecards?
Currently, you can only select one scorecard to display for all operators.
Can operators view their safety events triggered by the AI Dash Cam?
No. Operators will not be able to view video recordings.
Can an operator see the safety performance data of another operator?
No. An operator can only view their own performance data.
Can an operator view my coaching comments?
Operators cannot view coaching comments at this time. Coaching status and comments are for office use only. Only other office users with access to the AI Dash Cam module can view coaching status and comments.
How does IntellIShift know who was operating a vehicle during a safety event?
