IntelliShift provides visibility around the tampering of your cameras to ensure that you don't miss any critical events leading toward exoneration or a coaching opportunity.
This article helps you identify camera tampering within your fleet including camera unplugged and lens covered events.

Prerequisites
Vehicle must be installed with IntelliShift's AI-400 Hardware to populate the camera tampering and camera unplugged widgets.
Access Camera Tampering
Option 1: AI Dash Cam Service Module
Your company may have chosen to display these widgets by default in your AI Dash Cam service module.
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "AI Dash Cam” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Dashboard"
- View the "Camera Tampering" widgets.
Please note, in order to view asset level information, select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, select "Fleet Level," and select "Display Assets, Operators, Events."
Option 3: Analytics Service Module
If the camera tampering widgets are not displayed in your default dashboard, you can view the AI Dash Cam global dashboard by navigating to your Analytics service module. (Please note, your user permissions must have access to "Fleet IQ" to view this product.)
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Analytics” service module.
- In the "Dashboard" dropdown menu, select the global "Camera Health" dashboard.
- Please note: you can add the camera tampering count or table to any dashboard.
- View the "Camera Tampering" widgets.
Add Camera Tampering, Assets with Lens Covered, or Camera Unplugged Widgets to Dashboards
If you have access to the "Analytics" service module and user permissions for "Fleet IQ," you can build custom dashboards and share these dashboards with others.
To add widgets to your dashboards, follow the steps below:
