Modernized, Unified Table Experience
We're modernizing and unifying the look, feel, and functionality of our platform. Pages with data tables (such as List Views) will be standardized to our latest table format, which includes flexibility and customization. In modernized tables, you'll be able to add or remove columns, filter data, export to CSV or Excel, and so much more.
On March 25, we updated the following tables:
- Telematics > Alerts
- Telematics > Scheduled Reports
- Administration > Operators
In The Field v.4.1.5
This update addresses bugs impacting Hours of Service (HOS) functionality and improves overall app performance.
- Resolved an issue where previously certified logs were asking drivers to re-certify.
- Fixed a crash occurring during Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections for some users.
- Improved app prompt responsiveness across a range of devices.
- Addressed an issue where some operators couldn’t connect to or view specific vehicles.
- Resolved an issue where a condition caused “On Duty” events to not display on some HOS logs.
- Fixed a display issue in the Operator Scorecard that caused two days of activity to appear under “Yesterday.”
- Enhanced the Bluetooth prompt on iOS to direct users to device settings when Bluetooth is turned off.
We recommend updating to this version as soon as it becomes available in your app store.
Camera Unplugged Widget
IntelliShift provides visibility around the tampering of your cameras to ensure that you don't miss any critical events leading toward exoneration or a coaching opportunity. We're adding a new "Assets with Camera Unplugged" widget to keep you informed. We're also updating our "Camera Tampering Details" widget to include this event.
To learn how to add this widget to a dashboard, watch the short video below.

Mobile Devices Report
As mobile technology evolves, older devices and outdated app versions may struggle to keep up with new features and performance requirements.
The Mobile Devices Report empowers fleet leaders by providing a clear view of which devices are being used with the "In The Field" mobile app, how many operators rely on them, and whether they meet compatibility standards. By identifying unsupported devices and tracking app versions, administrators can ensure operators have the right technology for a seamless and efficient experience.
With detailed insights into device compatibility, fleet managers can proactively manage updates, phase out unsupported hardware, and maintain optimal performance. Keeping your team on up-to-date devices and app versions enhances reliability, streamlines operations, and ensures a smooth user experience.

In The Field v4.1.4
In The Field v4.1.4 includes the following improvements and fixes:
- Trailer Selection Enhancements – Within "Hours of Service," the trailer selection process has been refined for a smoother and more efficient experience.
- Improved Edit Request Feedback – Within "Hours of Service," operators will now receive clearer messages when an edit request cannot be saved. For example, if a logbook edit is attempted beyond the allowed timeframe, a message will clarify that entries must be made before the current time.
- General Bug Fixes
Enhanced Idle with PTO Report
Unnecessary idling can drive up fuel costs, increase wear on assets, and impact sustainability goals. The Enhanced Idle with PTO Report provides a detailed breakdown of idle time, distinguishing between idling with Power Take-Off (PTO) engaged and idling without PTO. With flexible filters and configurable columns, you can customize the report to focus on the data that matters most—whether by asset, branch, or operator. This report helps fleet managers identify inefficiencies, reduce fuel waste, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.

(Coming Soon!) Unified Table Experience
Some pages in IntelliShift Web will be getting a refresh in the coming months, as we modernize the look, feel, and functionality of our platform. Pages with data tables (such as List Views) will be standardized to our latest table format, which includes flexibility and customization. In modernized tables, you'll be able to add or remove columns, filter data, export to CSV or Excel, and so much more.
We've started with pages in Administration and Telematics, like the Users and Operators pages. Keep an eye out for more changes over the next few months as we continue to modernize.
