View Operator Text Message Portal

To view the Operator Text Message Portal, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module.
2. In the top navigation, select "Tools."
3. In the dropdown menu, select “Send Operator Text Message.”

Operator Text Message Navigation Overview

In the Operator Text Message Portal, you can:

• Mass select all filtered operators (1)
  • Or, select specific operators by selecting the checkbox next to their name.
• Send a text message to selected operators (2)
• Send a text message to a "non-user" or view text message History Log using the "Quick Actions" button (3)
• Download list as a CSV (4)
• Add or remove columns of information (5)
• Apply filters or search by information such as branches or operators (6)
• View operator's detailed text message Operator History Log (7)

Send Operator Text Messages

This feature allows you to send messages to a single operator, multiple operators, a branch of operators, and/or an individual without an IntelliShift account (a "non-user").

Follow the steps below to send a message:

View Text Message History Log

To view the History Log, follow these steps:

1. In the left-hand navigation, select the "Telematics” service module.
2. In the top navigation, select "Tools."
3. In the dropdown menu, select “Send Operator Text Message.”
4. Select the "Quick Actions" button. In the dropdown, select "View text message history log."

In the History Log, you can:

• View the operator to whom the message was sent (1)
• View the phone number to which the message was sent (2)
• Preview the message that was sent (3)
• View the IntelliShift user who sent the message (4)
• View the timestamp of the message (5)
• View the carrier to which the message was sent( 6)
• Download the list as a CSV (7)
• Add or remove columns of information (8)
• Apply filters or search by date range, branches, tags, operators, or by whom the message was sent (9)
