IntelliShift's eDVIR application provides users and operators with the ability to optimize workflow efficiencies and reduce the time it takes to get vehicles inspected and resolved if issues are found. IntelliShift's eDVIr is both a mobile application as well as a web-based platform to keep track of the inspections of those completed by the operators in the field.
IntelliShift breaks its easy to use solution into 3 categories.
- Administration
- Usability
- Reporting
Administration
In this section, we will be covering
- Creating Items - Items are defined as options to be selected to be a part of a form(s). This would be an item to look at on a vehicle as part of the inspection
- Creating Forms - The Form is defined has the inspection form itself. It contains a list of items that a driver will walk through and inspect if an issue is found with one of those items the driver will select the item to report the issue.
- Creating Operators - Operators must be created within the IntelliShift Platform and have a driver pin assigned to them in order to log into the SP eDVIR app.
