Creating Operators
Creating Operators within IntelliShift is a must for Hours of Service. The Operators Profile contains all of the pertinent information used for their compliance at road-side inspections. The operator's profile will contain Operator's license information, to their Name, to their Passcode used to sign into the SP Logbook app.

Using the Hours of Service Application
The Hours of Service application is called "SP Logbook". This solution is used by operators in which they will utilize on a regular basis to keep track of items such as Inspections of Assets, Hours of Service times, and Shipping Documents. With the ability of the operators to Edit their Driver Logs, accept Unassigned Drive Time and Certify Logs. The SP Logbook app was designed around the operator in mind, giving them the ability to easily utilize the app, by giving them the best visibility into their upcoming rest times, current violations and their status of the connection to the asset plus much more.

Viewing Hours of Service within IntelliShift
Viewing the operator's Hours of Service details of those within the compliance role is just as important as the operator themself. With IntelliShift's Hours of Service dashboard, the users of the platform are provided the visibility they need. By giving users the ability to quickly identify how many hours an operator has left before an operator comes into violation, to validating which operators did not complete their inspections, and visibility into the status of Edits ensures that the users have all the information they need at the click of their mouse.
