Users of IntelliShift change or reset their passwords from the login screen of IntelliShift by clicking the Forgot Password button. Users will be emailed instructions on how to reset their password.
Resetting / Changing your Password
- Go to Https://app.IntelliShift.com
- Below the Password Field click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address that you use to sign into IntelliShift.
- Click "Send Email"
- You will receive an email from membership@vehicletracking.com
- The Subject of the Password Reset email will be "Reset Your Password"
- Within the body of the email, the user will use the blue highlighted text "click here" to be directed to the page to reset their password
- The user will be directed to the password reset page where they will be able to create their new password.
- Confirm your password and then click the blue button below confirm password
- You will get a confirmation that your password has been reset.
- Go to Https://app.IntelliShift.com and log in with your company Email Address and newly set password.
Password Requirements
To Reset your Password, it must comply with 3 of the 4 rules below:
- 1 Upper Case Letter(A,B,C,D)
- 1 Lower Case Letter(a,b,c,d)
- 1 Number(0,1,2,3,4)
- 1 Special Character(!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*)
