Rules of an Inspect Template
Users are able to define a set of rules for their template, to be able to set a business flow based on certain conditions. Such as if a template is marked as a Compliance Template, it enables the user the ability to set Checkpoints as Out of Service. If an Operator marks this as a failure, at the end of the inspection the operator will get notified that they should not be operating the vehicle.
Available Template Rules:
- Compliance Template
- This enables users the ability to mark checkpoints as Out of Service. This will provide a notification to the operator at the end of submitting an inspection if a Out of Service Failure was identified.
- This will provide Tracking on the resolution of the issue. It will report the issue as Pending Resolution, Once the Issue has been resolved it will display a stage of Pending Verification, and once the operator has signed, it will display Verified.
- If an issue has been found on a compliance template, the operator will be required to Mark the issue as Not Resolved, or Sign off verifying that the repairs have been made.
- Create Issues on Checkpoints
- If this is enabled, when an issue is reported on an inspection, the issue will be created as the checkpoint rather then the component.
- Think of Component as "Under the Hood", where you checkpoints would be "Oil Level", "Engine", and "Belts". If the issue is being created on checkpoints, and there was an issue with Belts, the issue name would be Belts, rather then "Under the Hood".
- If this is enabled, when an issue is reported on an inspection, the issue will be created as the checkpoint rather then the component.
- Operator Assignment Rule
- Users are able to create a flow in which when the Inspection of a particular template is completed, the operator completing the inspection would be assigned to the Asset, or unassigned from the asset.
