Setting Up Your Company Pin
For organizations to utilize the Inspect app, the company must first create their Company Pin. Company Pin is a unique numeric value that identifies your company. You can manually set your DOT number as your company pin for ease of use, or have a company pin automatically generated for you. This pin is what will allow your operators to sign in with their operator pins.

Inspection Templates
Inspection templates within IntelliShift provide users with the ability to create fully customizable Inspection forms comprised of components, within each of these components they each can contain the ability to present multiple checkpoints. Checkpoints support the ability to have a Checkbox, Photo, Mileage, Numeric, Alphanumeric, and Signature values requested. Checkpoints can also be optional or required and be set to notice respective managers or maintenance team members when failures are detected. There are no limits to the number of Components a template can have and there are no limits to the number of Checkpoints that can reside within a single component.

Creating Operators
Creating Operators within IntelliShift is a requirement for Inspect. Each of the Operator's profiles will require a unique passcode which can be defined by the user. This passcode is what allows the operator to sign in to the In the Field App for completing inspections.

Using the Inspect Mobile App (In the Field)
IntelliShift's inspection app is called "In the Field". This mobile app allows operators to perform inspections on Vehicles, Assets, Jobsites, and more. Using In the Field for inspections will keep historical records of completed inspections, allow for visibility into previously completed inspections, and giving the user the ability to complete multiple inspections on various assets. The design of the mobile app has been built with ease of use in mind giving the user the ability to easily complete an inspection while reducing the time it takes to get failed inspection information back to managers and maintenance allowing for a quicker resolution of the failed issues.

Viewing Completed Inspections
Managers and Maintenance personnel will be able to see completed inspection statistics in real-time. The Inspect Dashboard users will be able to see their Fleet Health, Inspection Statistics displaying Number of Inspections completed to Issues Reports and Closed Issues, as well as Issue Balances displaying trends on how many new issues were created versus how many issues were closed. Within Inspections, users will be able to track the status of each individual inspections. Issues allow users to share issues with outside vendors, upload documents and track the status of the issues.
