Overview
When operators first log into the "In The Field" mobile application, they will be prompted for a "Company Pin." A "Company Pin" is a unique numeric value that identifies your company. Typically, customers use their DOT number, company phone number, or choose another 6-12 digit ID as the company pin.

Accessing your Company Pin
To view, edit, or add a company pin,
- In the left-hand navigation, select the "Administration” service module.
- In the top navigation, select "Company Pin."
Please note, if you do not see this module, you will need to contact an Administrator. Only Account Administrators and Administrators can change your permissions. In order to view the "Company Pin" top navigation tool, a user must have permissions for "Global Settings."
