The Fleet Fuel Consumption Dashboard will display 8 widgets with fuel related insights and can be set to filter by branch, asset tag and date range (defaulting to last week).
The Dashboard page consists of the following widgets:
Detailed Fuel Usage
Detailed Fuel Usage supports parent branch, all branch and all asset/operator levels. At each level the widget includes:
- Overall fuel purchase amount in dollars
- Cost per gallon
- Gallons purchased
- Miles driven
- Miles per gallon
- Cost per mile (based only on fuel price)
Fuel Spend
The Fuel Spend KPI widget shows overall dollar amount spent on fuel within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis.
Fuel Usage
The Fuel Usage KPI widget shows overall gallons of fuel consumed within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis.
Fuel Efficiency
The Fuel Efficiency KPI widget shows a weighted MPG average for the fleet based on all mileage and all fuel purchases within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis.
CO2 Emissions
The CO2 Emissions KPI widget shows total CO2 emitted based on fuel purchase activity within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis.
Excessive Fuel Purchases
The Excessive Fuel Purchases widget supports parent branch, all branch and all asset/operator levels. At each level the widget will identify if any purchases have been made which exceed the tank size of the asset fueled.
Not at Fueling Location
The Not at Fueling Location widget supports parent branch, all branch and all asset/operator levels. At each level the widget will identify if any purchases have been made without the appropriate Asset or Operator present at the time of transaction. If other company assets were at the fueling location they may be provided as a “Suggested Asset” to help identify card assignment challenges.
Fuel Usage Trend
The Fuel Usage Trend shows overall fuel consumed in gallons for the range selected and compares to prior ranges to establish a trend. Stacked columns represent branches to identify the largest fuel users.
