Customer 360 Overview Follow

Intellishift's SP QuickView feature provides users with the ability to create shareable links that can be sent to their end customers to provide those customers with the ability to track the delivery or service vehicle as it is en route to their location.

 Accessing SP QuickView

1. Log in to Intellishift
2. Click Tools
3. Select SP Quick View

Creating SP QuickView Branding

1. Click on the Branding tab when inside SP QuickView
   1. Upload a company logo
      1. Click Choose Image under Company Logo
      2. Select an image from your PC to upload
      3. This image will show as your company logo for any Snapshots sent out to customers
   2. Driver Portrait Placeholder
      1. Click Choose Image
      2. Select an image from your PC to use as the driver picture if you do not add driver pictures to their Operator profiles

   3. Vehicle Marker Image
      1. Click Choose Image
      2. Select an image from your PC to use as the vehicle marker on the map of any Snapshots that are sent to customers
   4. QuickView unavailable text
      1. This will display to a customer if they click a Snapshot link after it has expired
   5. Maximum zoom level and other options
      1. Choose the maximum zoom level for the Snapshot map sent to the customer
      2. Check the box for any of the additional display options available

Create SP Snapshot

1. Fill in the Caption that you want to be sent to the customer
2. Choose to send the Snapshot to the customer Now or Schedule it for a specific date and time
3. Choose when the Snapshot link will expire
4. Choose the vehicle
5. Enter the destination for the vehicle, it can be an address or one of your Landmarks
6. Enter the email address of the recipient(s) making sure to separate each email with a semicolon if there are multiple
7. Notes are to note anything specific about the Snapshot (not visible to customer)
8. Options
   1. Choose which of these you want to display in the public Snapshot
9. Additional Information
   1. Key and Value
      1. These are used for various purposes, for example telling the customer what items are being delivered and those item's cost
      2. 
10. Click Cancel, Save or Send

SP QuickView List

1. This is the list of Snapshots created on your account
2. Buttons are present to Edit/View/Send the Snapshot
