SP Temperature Follow

SP Temperature allows for the monitoring of temperature zones in assets (up to four) so you can keep track of any changes in temperature as goods are delivered from point A to point B. Temperature updates are delivered to Intellishift every five minutes. Monitoring can be done proactively via an alert and retroactively via reports.

Fleet Status and Map View

Fleet status

• Go to the Fleet Status page and look for the column labeled Temperature to see the latest temperature reading for each asset with the date and time

Map view

• Go to the Map View and open an asset information bubble. With temperature, you will see the latest reading with its date and time in the summary area of the vehicles last location information

Alerts and Reports

Temperature Alert

• Used to set real-time alerts for temperatures going above or below a certain threshold
• Go to Alerts
  • Select Temperature Alert
    • Go through the normal alert creation
      • On step 3 select the parameters for the temperature readings that you would like to be alerted

Temperature Report

• Used to see the history of temperature readings, every five minutes, for an asset(s) for a chosen time period
• Go to Reports > On Demand
  • Select the Temperature report
    • Generate the report as you would any other report
