- Description: This will display the total number of assets that have been moved over the reporting time period.
- Drive Events:
- Summarized by: Average, Sum
- Description: This will display the number of driving events captured from the branches selected over the requested period. Those events will either display an Average, or a total Sum of driving events over the reporting period.
- Drive Time:
- Summarized by: Average, Sum
- Description: This will display the amount of time driven of the assets within the selected branches during the reporting period. Those times will either display an Average, or a total Sum of driving time over the reporting period.
- # of Assets Used:
- Summarized by: Count
- Description: This will display the total number of assets that have been used over the reporting time period. An asset being utilized is referenced by the asset’s ignition being turned on during the reporting time period.
- Trip Count:
- Summarized by: Average, Sum
- Description: This will display the total number of trips completed for the assets within the selected branches over the reporting time period. A Trip is considered when the Ignition goes on to the Ignition going off.
- Hours of Use:
- Summarized by: Average, Sum
- Description: Hours of use provides the time that the asset is being run for in Hours. Those times will either display an Average, or a total Sum of hours used over the reporting period.
- Miles Driven:

- Description: Miles Driven provides the distance that the asset has been moved for in miles. Those miles will either display a Max Value, Minimum value, Average, or a total Sum of miles driven over the reporting period.

- A Stop is considered the asset is at 0 mph for greater than 10 seconds.

- This data set is displaying all stops with a duration greater than 10 seconds.
- Idle Vehicles:

- Description: This will display the total number of assets that have experienced idling over the reporting time period.
- Idle time would be considered that the asset was stopped, and the ignition status is on. This will report on all idling with a duration of 10 seconds or greater.

- Description: This will display the number of idle events captured from the branches selected over the requested period. Those events will either display an Average, or a total Sum of idle events over the reporting period.
- An idle event is considered the asset is at 0 mph for greater than 10 seconds with the ignition on.

- Description: This will display the number of Fuel Purchases where the Asset was not at the Fueling Station captured from the branches selected over the requested period.
- This is captured by taking the purchase address, setting a 500ft radius around it, and validating if the asset which was assigned the card was at the fueling station within 45 minutes(Prior and Post) of the recorded purchase time.
