Yes, Within the IntelliShift platform, users have the ability to pause alerts. Pausing alerts will prevent the notification from being delivered to all recipients on the alert.
- Log Into IntelliShift
- Click the Silent Passenger App from the left navigation menu
- Once within the Silent Passenger App, click the Reports button from the Top Navigation Menu.
- Within the Reports Menu, click Scheduled Email Reports
- Click Edit on the report that you want to Mark Active or Inactive.
- Within Step 3 of the Scheduled Email Report Deselect "Report is Active"
- To Mark the Report active again, select "Report is Active" checkbox
- Click Save.
