Yes, Within the IntelliShift platform, users have the ability to pause alerts. Pausing alerts will prevent the notification from being delivered to all recipients on the alert.
- Log Into IntelliShift
- Click the Silent Passenger App from the left navigation menu
- Once within the Silent Passenger App, click the Alerts button from the Top Navigation Menu.
- Within the Alerts Menu, click Manage Alerts
- To Mark the Report inactive, click the Orange Circle with the checkmark.
- To Mark the Report active again, click the Grey Circle with the checkmark.
