IntelliShift June 2021 Release Notes
Silent Passenger Map View:
- Support was added to allow the Operator Name to be used in the SP Map View label. When the setting is enabled, the Operator Name will display. If no Operator is assigned, the Asset Name will display. To enable this option, users will need to enable the ‘Display Assets on Map by Operator Name’ setting in the User Profile.
Address Lookup and Landmark Information Bubbles:
- When reviewing a Location or Landmark details, configuration options were added to allow users to define the number of Closest Assets displayed to the user. The maximum number supported has been increased to 10. To modify the number of returned assets, users will need to update the ‘Number of Closest Assets’ setting from the User Profile.
- When viewing the Closest Assets to a location, users can elect to remove non-responsive assets from the list of returned assets. When selected, only assets with recent activity will show within the list.
- A new Historical Lookup function was added to provide users the ability to review the closest assets and the ETA to a location based on a selected moment in time. This allows users to better understand decisions made for dispatching assignments. If desired, users can opt to show the route taken by each asset. When selected, a new browser tab will open, and the Route Playback option will preload for the requested Asset. Users will be shown the route taken for a 3-hour period starting 45 minutes prior to the selected date/time.
