Downloading the App
Silent Passenger account holders can use the same credentials to login to the IntelliShift mobile app.
Select the Search icon on the top left to search by Asset, Location, or Operator. The map will filter to display the matching results and the total number of results will display on the right.
Select the Map Type icon on the right navigation to select the map type. Tap the icon again to close it.
Road - displays the map in roadmap view
Satellite - displays the map in satellite view
Auto - a hybrid version of the map. Zoom out for roadmap view, zoom in for satellite view
Show Traffic - toggle the traffic data on and off
Select the branch icon to display all the branch offices for your account. The default view of your account displays the assets from all branches. To see the assets at any branch, select the checkbox next to a branch and the sub-branches under the main branch will automatically be selected. Select [APPLY] to displays the assets for those branches on the map.
Select the tags icon to display all the locations for your account. The default view of your account displays the assets from all tags/locations on your account. To display the assets at any tag/location, select the checkbox next to a tag and the sub-tags will automatically be selected. Select [APPLY] to display the assets for those tags on the map.
Select the legend icon to display the map legend and a description of the asset symbols.
Select the location icon to refocus the map on your current location. If the app does not have permissions to you device location you will be prompted to grant the access needed.
Select the target icon to display the current location of your fleet.
Select the refresh icon to displays the real-time location and status of your fleet. The map will refresh automatically every minute but if you need a more current view you can select the refresh icon.
Selecting My Fleet at the bottom of the app will display a list of the assets for the Branches and Tags selected. The details displayed for each vehicle includes the name, current location address, last updated date and time, heading direction, last time the vehicle stopped, ignition status, stop time, idle time, battery status of the onboard telematics device, latitude and longitude.
Select a vehicle from the My Fleet list to access additional features for that asset.
Navigate - Select navigate and pick your preferred navigation app to get directions to this asset.
Route - Select route to display the route of the vehicle for the current day. Tap the date displayed to change the date and view the route for that vehicle on a different day. Tap play to see the progress of the vehicle on the route. Select fast forward or rewind to scan through the route more quickly, you can also advance the vehicle to the beginning or end of the route for that day.
Alerts - Select Alert to create departure alerts by SMS or email.
Stops Report - Select the Stops Report to display a summary of the vehicle activity that day. list of the vehicle movement. Select the route icon to see route mapped. Tap play to see the progress of the vehicle on the route. Select fast forward or rewind to scan through the route more quickly, you can also advance the vehicle to the beginning or end of the route for that day. Change the date on the report to see the report for a different day.
ETA - Select ETA to determine the estimated time of arrival at the desired location. Enter a valid address and submit. The ETA will be supplied and you create an Arrival Alert to be notified by email or text (SMS) then the vehicle arrives at your destination.
Dispatch - Select Dispatch to see service tickets assign to the driver.
Selecting the Menu icon will displays 2 options.
SP Map View - Selecting this option will refocus the map view on the account fleet
Logout - Select to sign out of your account.
