If you are experiencing an SSL Error when attempting to login to SP Logbook or IntelliShift mobile on your Android device, make sure you are running on the most current version of Android OS to be certain your IoT device is running on a Google supported operating system. Older versions of the Android OS are not secure and will prevent you from accessing the latest version of our mobile apps.
If your Android device is running on OS 6.0 or older the best solution is to download the most current version of the Android operating system.
