On 9/30/2021 as of 10:45 AM EST it was reported that users could not login to IntelliShift applications.
As the IntelliShift team worked to investigate and resolve this issue, it was determined that the application sign in issue was related to a global change made by a third party provider that IntelliShift relies on for open certificate authority(CA) that was not supported by IntelliShift’s membership provider.
As of 12 PM EST the issue was resolved, and all users were able to login to all IntelliShift applications. Additional monitoring has been added to IntelliShift to prevent this issue in the future.
