The IntelliShift Alerts module was completely redesigned to provide a consistent experience to the On Demand Reports and Scheduled Reports tools. With this release, the following enhancements have been made:
- Simplified Workflow:
Users can Manage existing alerts, Create new alerts, and View the history of generated alerts all from the Manage Alerts page.
When creating alerts, the workflow has been enhanced to match the experience used within the On-Demand Reports and Scheduled Reports and provides a consistent flow across the IntelliShift platform.
- Improved Filtering and Selection of Assets:
When configuring alerts, users can filter assets by both Branches and Tags providing greater control and the ability to generate more targeted alerts.
- Added Notification Window:
An Alert Notification system has been implemented that provides users with a single location to review all In App alert messages
- Improved One Time Alerts:
One Time Alerts configured from Silent Passenger Map View have been enhanced to support In App Alerts.
