- We currently support the following WEX integration methods:
- Add a name for the fuel account to help you identify it later
- Confirm your account details
- WEX requires a username and password, as well as a file name for WEXLink 2000 and 250 methods. These credentials are provided by WEX
- ComData requires only your unique account code. This number is provided by ComData
- Set your time zone. Most fuel card accounts provide all transactions in Central, but confirm with your fuel card provider if your transactions are shown in another time zone or in merchant time – where each transaction posts in the time zone of the purchase location.
Transactions are added overnight. As cards post transactions they will be created in the Assignment tab. Verify the following day if cards are populating to confirm setup is complete.
Once cards are available, begin assigning them to assets and/or operators for deeper insights on usage. More information on card assignments can be found in the Fuel Manager Card Assignment guide.
