Route Playback 

Route Playback has been updated to match the IntelliShift style and add new functionality to help better understand asset activity. 

Route Playback can now support up to 10 assets for the selected date. 

Each Route Playback can have the following options displayed or hidden: 

• Route Outlines (default) 
• Stop Events (default) 
• Directional Arrows (default) 
• Stop Numbers 
• Above Posted Speed Events 
• Rapid Acceleration Events 
• Harsh Turn Events 
• Harsh Braking Events 
• Potential Collision Events 

Stops may be filtered based on a selected duration: 

• All stops 
• 5+ minutes 
• 10+ minutes 
• 15+ minutes 

Landmark and Geofence can now be selected to display when generating the Route Playback. 

Fuel Manager 

Two updated Fuel Manager pages are now available, Activity and Dashboard. 

The Dashboard page serves as a landing page for fuel related insights and can be set to filter by branch, asset tag and date range (defaulting to last week). The Dashboard page consists of the following widgets: 

Detailed Fuel Usage 

Detailed Fuel Usage supports parent branch, all branch and all asset/operator levels. At each level the widget includes:

• • Overall fuel purchase amount in dollars 
  • Cost per gallon 
  • Gallons purchased 
  • Miles driven 
  • Miles per gallon 
  • Cost per mile (based only on fuel price) 

Fuel Spend 

The Fuel Spend KPI widget shows overall dollar amount spent on fuel within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis. 

Fuel Usage 

The Fuel Usage KPI widget shows overall gallons of fuel consumed within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis. 

Fuel Efficiency 

The Fuel Efficiency KPI widget shows a weighted MPG average for the fleet based on all mileage and all fuel purchases within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis. 

CO2 Emissions 

The CO2 Emissions KPI widget shows total CO2 emitted based on fuel purchase activity within the selected range and compares it to the prior range for trending analysis. 

Excessive Fuel Purchases 

The Excessive Fuel Purchases widget supports parent branch, all branch and all asset/operator levels. At each level the widget will identify if any purchases have been made which exceed the tank size of the asset fueled. 

Not at Fueling Location 

The Not at Fueling Location widget supports parent branch, all branch and all asset/operator levels. At each level the widget will identify if any purchases have been made without the appropriate Asset or Operator present at the time of transaction. If other company assets were at the fueling location they may be provided as a “Suggested Asset” to help identify card assignment challenges. 

Fuel Usage Trend 

The Fuel Usage Trend shows overall fuel consumed in gallons for the range selected and compares to prior ranges to establish a trend. Stacked columns represent branches to identify the largest fuel users. 

The Activity page aggregates all fuel transactions within the selected range including assorted transaction information to help spot-check fuel purchases. 

Fleet IQ 

All Fuel Manager Dashboard items are available within Fleet IQ, as well as several new widgets regarding fuel consumption, efficiency and CO2 emissions: 

Detailed Fuel Usage 
A detailed table overview of fuel use and efficiency. 

Fuel Usage Trend 

Displays a rolling trend of fuel use over time, segmented by branch. 

Idle Trend 

Displays a rolling trend of idle time over time, segmented by branch. 

CO2 Trend 

Displays a rolling trend of CO2 emission over time, segmented by branch. 

Fuel Price Trend 

Displays a rolling trend of averaged fuel prices over time. 

Excessive Fuel Purchases 

Provides a table of excessive fuel purchase events. 

Not at Fueling Location 

Provides a table of fuel transactions where the assigned asset or operator was not physically present. 

Ranked MPG 

Ranks assets or operators by fuel effeciency. 

Ranked Fuel Spend 

Ranks assets or operators by their fuel purchases. 

Ranked Fuel Price 

Ranks assets or operators by their averaged fuel price. 

Overall Fuel Spend 

Displays total fuel purchase amount in dollars and compares to prior date range. 

Overall Fuel Usage 

Displays total fuel purchase amount in gallons or liters and compares to prior date range. 

Overall Fuel Efficiency 

Displays average fuel effeciency in MPG or L/100KM and compares to prior date range. 

Overall CO2 Emissions 

Displays total CO2 emissions in pounds or kilograms and compares to prior date range. 

Overall Excessive Fuel Purchases 

Displays a count of excessive fuel purchases and compares to prior date range. 

Overall Not At Fueling Location 

Displays a count of fuel purchases where the assigned asset or operator was not present and compares to prior date range. 

Fuel Price 

Displays an averaged fuel price and compares to prior date range.
