Fleet Maintenance

A new Dashboard page is available for Fleet Maintenance providing several new widgets including:

• Fleet Maintenance expenses ranked by branch or asset
• Current status of:
  • Service Tasks
  • Issues
  • Work Orders
• A trend of tasks completed

Inspect

The Inspect Dashboard page has been updated for Fleet IQ compatibility and to include two new widgets:

• Missed Inspections
• Needs not be corrected Issues

Fleet IQ

Several new Maintenance and Inspect widgets have been added to Fleet IQ including:

• Fleet Maintenance expenses ranked by branch or asset
• Current status of:
  • Service Tasks
  • Issues
  • Work Orders
• Trending details on
  • Tasks completed
  • Maintenance expenses
  • Trouble codes
• New KPIs including:
  • Service task spend
    • Maintenance task spend
    • Compliance task spend
  • Work order spend
  • DTCs with MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp or “Check Engine Light”)
  • Inspections completed (including failure rate)
  • Assets Inspected (including total asset count)
  • Issues reported (including active issue count)
  • Completed issues (including active issue count)
  • Missed Inspections (including total asset count)
  • Needs not be corrected issues (including active issue count)

• Fleet Health Details

Silent Passenger

When creating or editing a Landmark, nearby Landmarks with a center point within 1000 feet will display to help better align boundaries. 

AI Video

On demand video request email confirmations will now include the asset name for clarity.

AI Video should persist filters between navigation and views
